4. Payment & Pricing

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and ensuring that areas to be cleaned are accessible at the time of service. For standard residential and commercial cleanings, we recommend removing valuable items, confidential materials, and excessive clutter prior to our arrival. For move-in and move-out cleanings, properties should be vacant whenever possible to allow full access to all surfaces, cabinets, appliances, closets, and flooring. GreenPath Enterprises is not responsible for cleaning areas that are inaccessible due to furniture, personal belongings, or other obstructions.
7. Liability
We take great care in providing quality service; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or items left in an unsafe or unsecured environment. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
