Flat-Rate Cleaning Packages
GreenPath’s flat-rate cleaning packages give you upfront pricing based on the square footage of your space, bathrooms, and what you're looking to have done in addition to you're service. Each package follows our detailed cleaning checklist, designed to cover everything needed to maintain a clean, healthy environment.
On rare occasions, a requote may be needed if the space is much larger than average or requires work beyond a standard or deep clean.
Flat-rate pricing is perfect if you prefer knowing your cost in advance and your space falls within normal size and condition.
Choosing the Right Cleaning Package
Selecting the right service helps ensure accurate flat-rate pricing and makes sure your space receives exactly the level of care it needs. Here’s a quick guide to help you decide:
Standard Cleaning: Perfect for routine upkeep. This service assumes your space is already maintained and covers all items on our standard checklist. Choose this if your space is cleaned regularly and just needs a fresh reset.
Deep Cleaning: Ideal for spaces that need more detailed attention—especially tubs, showers, baseboards, door frames, high-touch areas, and the exterior of cabinets. Choose this if it’s been more than 3 months since your last professional cleaning or if your space needs a little extra care.
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: Created for busy transitions, this service includes everything in a deep clean plus the inside of cabinets, fridge, and oven. Select this only if the space will be completely empty and you’re moving in or out.
Heavy-Duty Cleaning: Best for spaces that require more than a typical deep clean. This may include excessive pet fur, significant clutter, long-term buildup, or post-construction dust. If you’re unsure, we can help direct you—this option ensures enough time and care for more challenging conditions.

To help you customize your flat-rate cleaning, GreenPath offers a variety of add-ons you can select during booking:
Inside the Oven
Perfect for built-up grease, spills, and baked-on residue. This add-on includes a thorough scrub of the oven interior, leaving it fresh, clean, and ready for safe cooking.
Inside the Refridgerator
We remove food items, wipe down shelves, drawers, and interior walls, and ensure everything is sanitized before placing items back. Ideal for deep refreshes or seasonal cleanouts.
Pets
For homes with furry family members, this add-on ensures we have enough time for extra vacuuming, fur removal, paw prints, and general pet-related buildup. Some homes may require this add-on depending on the amount of pet hair or dander.
Laundry
We charge per Load. Take the hassle out of laundry with our wash, dry, and fold service.
Garage or Patio Refresh
Gives your outdoor or transitional spaces a clean sweep—removing dust, cobwebs, leaves, and debris. This is great for patios you use often or garages that need a quick tidy.
Extra Rooms
Have a bonus room, office, sunroom, or additional space not included in your flat-rate selection? This add-on ensures we allocate time for every area you’d like cleaned.
Interior Windows, Tracks and Blinds
Includes wiping down interior window glass, tracks, and blinds for a brighter, fresher feel throughout your space. Ideal for seasonal refreshes or homes with heavy dust buildup.
Carpet Cleaning (Vacuum, Shampoo & Deodorize)
Pricing is determined per 1000 sq ft room. We specialize in transforming your carpets by effectively removing dirt, allergens, and stubborn stains, resulting in a soft, vibrant, and refreshed appearance. Utilizing advanced techniques and a commitment to quality, we ensure exceptional results that rejuvenate your space.
Dishes
Allow us to take care of the dishes for you. We will wash, dry, and reset your sink, ensuring that your kitchen feels instantly refreshed.
Wall Washing
We charge per room. We provide professional wall washing services designed to eliminate dirt, scuffs, and stains, effectively restoring your walls to their original beauty. Whether addressing high-traffic areas or persistent marks, our team employs precision and care in our cleaning process, ensuring your walls are left spotless and revitalized.
