Our Fabric & Floor Revival service includes professional cleaning for carpets, area rugs, upholstered furniture, and select hard flooring. This can include sofas, sectionals, chairs, ottomans, carpeted stairs, and other compatible fabric surfaces. Because materials and finishes vary, we’ll confirm the surface type and condition before service to make sure the appropriate cleaning method is used.

Yes. We prioritize professional cleaning products that are safe for use in homes with children and pets when used as directed. We also offer eco-conscious product options whenever appropriate for the surface and cleaning needs. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or specific product preferences, please let us know before your appointment so we can plan accordingly.

Service time varies depending on the type and number of surfaces being cleaned, their size, material, and overall condition. Smaller services may take just a few hours, while larger or more detailed projects may require additional time. We’ll provide an estimated service duration based on your specific cleaning needs when your service is scheduled.

For most homes, professional carpet and upholstery cleaning is recommended every 12–18 months. Homes with pets, children, high foot traffic, allergies, or frequent spills may benefit from more frequent cleaning. Regular professional care helps reduce embedded dirt and buildup while keeping your carpets and upholstery looking and feeling refreshed between replacements.

While professional cleaning can significantly improve or remove many stains, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on factors such as the type of stain, how long it has been present, the material or fiber, and whether it has been previously treated. Our goal is always to achieve the best possible result while using methods appropriate for the surface being cleaned.

No. You do not need to be home during your Fabric & Floor Revival service. As long as our team has secure, pre-arranged access to the property and the areas being serviced are accessible, we can complete the cleaning while you’re away. Any special instructions, access details, or areas of concern should be provided before your appointment.

We can move lightweight furniture and small items when necessary to access the areas being cleaned. For safety and to prevent damage, we do not move heavy, oversized, fragile, or specialty items such as large beds, entertainment centers, appliances, pianos, or similar furnishings. We recommend having these items moved before your appointment if you would like the flooring underneath them serviced.

Same-day service may be available depending on our schedule, service location, and the scope of work needed. We recommend scheduling in advance whenever possible, especially for larger carpet, upholstery, or multi-surface projects. For last-minute needs, feel free to contact us and we’ll let you know what availability we have.

Pricing is based on the type and number of surfaces being cleaned, their size, material, condition, and the level of care required. Factors such as the number of carpeted rooms, stairs, furniture pieces, area rugs, or hard-floor areas may also affect the final price. Any additional treatments or special requests will be discussed upfront, so you know what to expect before service begins.

Yes. Carpeted stairs and area rugs can be included as part of our Fabric & Floor Revival service. Because rugs and carpeting can vary in material, construction, size, and condition, we’ll review the surface before cleaning to determine the appropriate method. Certain specialty or delicate rugs may require specialized care beyond the services we provide, and we’ll let you know if that’s the case before proceeding.
